1. Product Overview:
Coconut flakes are a mixture of coconut shreds and coconut powder. They are used as fillings for cakes, moon cakes, bread, etc. and sprinkled on the surface of candied haws, bread, etc. to increase the taste and decorate the surface. The raw material is made by cutting coconut meat into shreds or grinding it into powder, and then mixing it after special drying treatment. Coconut flakes are white in themselves, while the common coconut flakes on the market are attractively shiny golden yellow, because butter, egg liquid, white sugar, egg yolk, etc. are added during the production process. Although such coconut flakes have a better taste, a stronger flavor, and richer and more comprehensive nutrition, they are high in calories and should not be consumed too much at one time. Do not sprinkle this kind of coconut flakes on candied haws for consumption.
2. Solution Overview:
The material is evenly spread on the mesh belt by the feeder. The mesh belt generally uses a 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire mesh, which is dragged by a transmission device to move in the dryer. The dryer consists of several units. The hot air of each unit circulates independently. Part of the exhaust gas is discharged by a special dehumidification fan. The exhaust gas is controlled by a regulating valve. The hot air passes through the mesh belt covered with materials from bottom to top or from top to bottom to complete the process of heat and mass transfer and take away the moisture of the material. The mesh belt moves slowly, and the running speed can be freely adjusted according to the temperature of the material. The finished products after drying fall into the receiver continuously. The upper and lower circulation units can be flexibly equipped according to user needs, and the number of units can also be selected according to needs.
3. Advantages of the scheme:
3.1. The use of advanced multi-layer structure significantly shortens the total length of the equipment, greatly reducing the user's investment in plant construction; due to the large drying area of the equipment, large-scale continuous production can be achieved.
3.2. The unique hot air circulation method is adopted, the temperature is automatically controlled, and the hot air is uniform, which not only saves energy but also improves the drying efficiency, prevents discoloration during the drying process, and makes the equipment more convenient to clean.
3.3. There are turning teeth above the mesh belt to make the material dry more evenly and prevent the adhesion of banana chips during the drying process.
3.4. The air volume of each layer can be adjusted according to the different drying stages of the material to ensure the drying quality.
3.5. All the main components of the equipment are products of well-known manufacturers, which are durable and ensure the normal operation of the equipment for a long time.
The entire production line is fully enclosed (for the material), consisting of three parts: swinging cloth section, drying section and discharging section. The swinging cloth section makes the coconut flakes evenly dispersed on the mesh plate and transported to the drying section at a uniform speed. After the coconut flakes pass through the 80℃ hot air drying section, the 90℃ hot air drying section and the 120℃ hot air drying section, they are discharged through the discharging section. The circulating wind direction and the circulation of the wind in each unit are downward, that is, the heated air is sucked in by the induced draft fan, and the hot air is first pre-distributed at the fan outlet and then passes through the orifice plate for air balancing. The hot air penetrates the material layer from the bottom of the material upward (or from the top of the material downward).
