We have analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of different drying methods for drying traditional Chinese medicine extracts based on the development status of traditional Chinese medicine extract drying technology, the principles, equipment conditions and technical characteristics of commonly used drying technologies such as box drying, spray drying and vacuum drying, and summarized the reasonable selection of appropriate drying methods for different characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in order to improve the quality of traditional Chinese medicine extract products.
I. Overview of the Solution:
This project focuses on the spray drying project of traditional Chinese medicine extracts. The high-speed centrifugal spray device for traditional Chinese medicine extracts is the application of centrifugal spray drying technology in the drying of specific materials. It is also a drying device that uses a high-speed centrifugal atomizer to disperse the material into fine particles, fully contact with hot air, complete instant drying, and form a powdered finished product. This drying equipment is a spray dryer specially used to solve the problem of traditional Chinese medicine extracts and plant extracts. It effectively solves many problems that the original LPG high-speed spray dryer encountered in the drying of traditional Chinese medicine extracts.
II. Principle of the scheme:
