Working principle
The materials are evenly laid on the slow moving chain plate belt, which is drove by the transmission chain. Under the centrifugal force of the fan, hot air circulates in the drying chamber through the heating tube, convection wall, and air channel. The dry and hot air absorbs water in the materials, continuously turning into hot humid air and discharge from the humidity-discharging device. With the continuous decrease of moisture, the material gradually dried. The conveying belt moves slowly, its speed can be adjusted freely according to the humidity of material. The dried materials are continuously discharged.
