SYHG Leaf Processing Line

After cleaning, they are transported to the air dryer for air drying, and then transported to the leaf shredding machine to cut the leaves into granules and then transport them.

Working principle
The leaves are transported to the hydraulic cutting machine by the conveyor. The hydraulic cutting machine cuts the leaves into parts and then cleans them. After cleaning, they are transported to the air dryer for air drying, and then transported to the leaf shredding machine to cut the leaves into granules and then transport them. It is dried in the dryer, and then sent to the screening machine after drying, and the leaves of different sizes are screened out. The whole process is controlled by the PLC electric control cabinet.
