Working principle
This machine is made of stainless steel, with features of mesh chain conveyor, vortex type air aerator, and circular stainless steel pumps for second cleaning. While transporting materials in the mesh chain, pure high-pressure air tank produce strong air bubbles in the cleaning mesh chain, forming water spray, so as to achieve the purpose of fully cleaning the materials. Installed with worm and impurity remover, the floating objects will flow into the screen along the two sides of the machine. At the same time, above the mesh chain there is a spray pipe which can wash the materials regarding as double cleaning.
The cleaning time can be set by manually infinitely adjustable-speed motor according to actual status. The material after cleaning is sent to the dry area. With the working of air blaster, the surface water is removed, and the material is ready for the next step.
