Product Introduction
BEAR electric food dryer machine is designed with different types by the designers. Having the fan on the top or side is the most common one because this type prevents droplets from hitting the heating elements. Main application
Briquette coal dryer is a flow type continuous working dryer. It’s for drying sheet, strip, granular materials with good permeability, particularly suitable for high moisture content materials which doesn’t allow to be dried with high temperature.
Working principle
The materials are evenly laid on the slow moving mesh-belt, which is drove by the transmission chain. Under the centrifugal force of the fan, hot air circulates in the drying chamber through the heating tube, convection wall, and air channel. The dry and hot air absorbs water in the materials, continuously turning into hot humid air and discharge from the humidity-discharging device. With the continuous decrease of moisture, the material gradually dried. The mesh-belt moves slowly, its speed can be adjusted freely according to the humidity of material. The dried materials are continuously put into the collector.
