It is a special fine-grained sieving machine. And it is applicable to dry and wet geometric materials.
Working principle
The whole vibrating system and the machine rack, is nonlinear rubber around connected. To adjust the phase angle of double eccentric vibration blocks, can meet the different requirements of different materials. The materials not only forced by the horizontal centrifugal effect, but also by that of the vertical force, making the materials form a composite trajectory and occur vortex. The greater the phase angle, the bigger the vortex.

Main features
The adjustable eccentric hammer driven by motor is transmitted to the main shaft centerline. Under the imbalance, centrifugal force is generated, and the material is forced vortex in orbit. The amplitude of heavy hammer can be adjusted according to different materials and mesh size. The machine has compact structure, small volume, no dust, low noise, high output, low energy consumption, mobile, easy maintenance, and it is in line with the GMP requirements.
