Product Introduction
BEAR industrial food dryer machine is made of materials that are all meet the food grade standard. The raw materials sourced are BPA-free and will not release harmful substances under high temperature. The product is not affected by the weather condition. Unlike the traditional drying method including sun-dry and fire-dry which highly rely on good weather, this product can dehydrate food whenever and wherever. Having no need to sun drying to a certain extent, the food can be directly put into this product to dehydrate without the worry that the water vapor will damage the product.
Main application
Electronic parts dryer is one of the major equipments in manufacturing Chinese herbal troches. This machine is widely applicable for heating and dehumidifying the materials in pharmacy, chemical, foodstuff, light industry and heavy industry.
Working principle
Electric is used as the heat source. The axial flow fan is used for convectively exchanging the air. The hot air transfers the heat to the material through the drying tray. The fresh air enters the drying box through air inlet hole for making-up. The humid air is exhausted from the dehumidifying hole, and in this way to keep the proper relative humidity in the drying box.
