Product Description
The design of BEAR Maltose Spray Dryer adopts the user-friendly philosophy. The whole structure aims at convenience and safety to use during the dehydrating process. The product is able to withstand high temperature. Especially its inner parts such as food trays are not subject to deformation or crack during the hot dehydrating process. This product is able to handle acidic foodstuffs without any worry of releasing harmful substances. For example, it can dry sliced lemon, pineapple, and orange.
Main applications
Wide range of applications: it can be used in a wide range of materials that need to be dried below 80 ℃, such as food, chemical industry, medicine, paper products, leather, wood, agricultural and sideline products processing and other industries.
Working principle
The gas Freon is pressurized by the compressor and becomes a high temperature and high-pressure gas, which enters the heat exchanger (condenser) inside the chamber, and the condensation and liquefaction of the refrigerating medium release the high-temperature heat to heat the air in the drying room. The material in the drying room vaporizes and vaporizes the moisture in the material through the form of hot air, and the evaporated steam is discharged by the dehumidification system to achieve the purpose of drying the material.
