Main applications
Amino acid dryer is widely used in the drying of liquid or viscous materials in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, metallurgical and other industries.
Applications include:
1. Chemical industry: used to dry various chemical raw materials, such as amino acids, organic acids, organic esters, etc.
2. Pharmaceutical industry: used to dry various pharmaceutical raw materials, such as antibiotics, vitamins, hormones, etc.

Working principle
Amino acid dryer is a continuous operation equipment that dries the liquid-phase material or strip-shaped material attached to the outer wall of the cylinder by means of heat conduction through a rotating cylinder.
The material liquid to be dried flows into the material receiving trough of the drum dryer from the elevated tank. The drying drum is driven by the transmission device, and the material is formed into a material film on the wall of the drum by the film distribution device. The cylinder is continuously heated, and the moisture in the material film is vaporized by the heat transfer from the cylinder wall, and then the material is scraped off by a scraper, and conveyed to the storage tank by a screw for packaging. It has high thermal efficiency and can be operated continuously, so it is widely used in drying liquid materials or strip materials, and is more suitable for paste and viscous materials.
Single drum dryer: used for drying materials in the form of solution or slurry or suspension. The method of cloth membrane is usually immersion or spraying.
Double cylinder dryer: The same set of reduction transmission device, through the meshing of a pair of gears with the same modulus and number of teeth, makes two sets of drums with the same diameter rotate relative to each other. According to the position of the film cloth, it is divided into two types: the opposite roll type and the same groove type.

Features
High thermal efficiency: Most of the heat supplied in the cylinder is used for moisture gasification, and the thermal efficiency can be as high as 70~80%.
High drying rate: The heat transfer and mass transfer process of the wet material film on the wall of the cylinder is in the same direction from the inside to the outside, and the temperature gradient is large, so that the surface of the material film maintains a high evaporation intensity, generally up to 30kg/㎡h .
The drying quality of the product is stable: the heating method of the drum is easy to control, the temperature inside the drum and the heat transfer rate of the partition wall can be kept relatively stable, so that the material film can be dried under a stable heat transfer state, and the quality of the product can be guaranteed.
Wide range of application: The liquid phase material adopts drum drying, which has fluidity, adhesion and stability to heat. The form of the material can be solution, suspension, emulsion, sol, etc.
The production capacity of a single machine is limited by the size of the cylinder: the drying area of a general drum dryer should not be too large. The drying area of a single cylinder rarely exceeds 12㎡, and its processing capacity is generally 50-1000kg/h.
